Union Station

Eu não tinha idéia de como a Union Station é linda. Nós vivemos em L.A há alguns anos, e só recentemente eu fui conhece-la.
É a parte histórica de Los Angeles. O prédio e a decoração são todos com detalhes em Art Deco. Linda arquitetura, “pé direito” alto e móveis vintages.
Assim que eu cheguei, me senti como se estivesse em um filme de Hollywood.

E se você estiver visitando Downtown LA, não deixe de ir a Olvera Street e Chinatown.

A minha próxima aventura será uma viagem de trem pela costa da California. I’m suuuuuuuper excited!!!

I had absolutely no idea how absolutely stunning Union Station is!  I’ve lived in LA for many years now, and just recently stepped into Union Station for the first time.Union Station is historic Los Angeles. The building and decor inside is untouched with Art Deco details. Beautiful high ceilings, wonderful architecture, vintage furniture. As soon as I walked in I felt I was in the middle of a Hollywood film.

And if you are discovering Downtown LA, Olveria Street and Chinatown are walking distance.

My next adventure will be to actually ride the train taking the coast. Im suuuuper excited!

2: Acesso para a Linda vermelha do metrô para Hollywood ( ou linha roxa para a área de Koreatown) – $1.50

3: Metrolink e Trem Amtrak para varias cidades – $ – $$$

TIP 1 : Se você está indo ao jogo de Baseball do Dodger, você pode pegar o Dodger Express. O ticket é de graça e te leva até o estádio do time.

TIP 2: Por $5 você pode comprar o “all day pass” e você poderá usar ônibus e metrô. ( Não é válido para metrolink)

TIP 3: Não deixe de visitar a Pueblo street. Los Angeles nasceu nesta rua. Visite a primeira casa de LA e o primeiro hotel da California. O Chinese Americam museum também está localizado na Pueblo street.

TIP 1: Dodger fans can take the Dodger Express for free with ticket to Dodger Stadium. it’s at the end of the long boarding walkway…or look for the Dodger Blue jerseys.

TIP 2: All day pass is only $5 and you can board both buses and subway trains (Not metrolink).

TIP 3: Across the street is the Pueblo. It’s where Los Angeles was born. Visit the first house of LA as well as the first hotel in California! The Chinese American Museum is also at the Pueblo.
